This page explains how to permanently delete your IMMLi account and the personal data associated with it. IMMLi is published by Immli Connect Pvt Ltd.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app#
This is the fastest route and needs no reply from us.
- Open the IMMLi app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation screen, which lists what will be removed.
- Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and removed from discovery.
Deletion from our active systems then completes within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email#
Use this if you cannot sign in, no longer have the app installed, or would rather write to a person.
- Email hello@immli.me from the email address registered to your IMMLi account.
- Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- Tell us the registered email address or mobile number on the account.
- We will verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder, then confirm once deletion has been actioned.
You may also address a deletion request to our Grievance Officer, Saubhagya, at saubhagya@immli.me, or to Nilanjana Bhowmik at nilanjana@immli.me.
What is deleted, and what is kept#

The limited categories we may retain, and the reasons we may retain them, are set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Where information must be retained, we limit it to what is necessary for that purpose and do not continue using it for anything else.
Before you delete#
Take a copy of your data first
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you want your MMI history and reflections, request an export first from Settings → Privacy → Download My Data, or by emailing saubhagya@immli.me. Verified export requests are completed within 30 days.
Cancel any store subscription separately
If something goes wrong#
If you submit a deletion request and do not hear back, or the app will not let you complete the flow, contact us and we will action it manually.
